Being Faithful

As I ponder this thought today I wonder how many out there pastor in small places. Churches that run 100 or less. Sometimes those places are often overlooked and yet people serve there just as faithful as in the big churches and sometimes more. In small churches you depend on volunteers to do things instead of paying someone to do it. Most of the time you wear two or three or more hats to make sure things get done as a leader and even sometimes have to work to take care of your family. Pastoring in small places doesn't get the glory the big places do but I give my hat off to ones that serve in the smaller churches. All God ask is for us to be faithful and he gives the increase but sometimes folks can get weary. Alway lift your pastor and family up in prayer no matter the size and pray for your church and what God wants to do with it. There is a great harvest out there to be reached and wherever you are serving for the Lord is important. Be faithful to the call and never ever give up! God Bless!
