Stand Still

We live in a society that is so busy. Somtimes it is hard to just stop. But in life there will be times that things come to a stop or something happens you can't control and stops things for you. That is when you stand still. You don't panic and fret but just trust God and let him handle things. That has been my week. We have to put our faith in God and know he will see us through. Standing still is a hard thing to do in life. I by nature am a doer and get things done and when life stops that for me it is very frustrating. But I am learning that day by day we have to learn to be patient and enjoy life regardless of our situations or circumstances and know he is in control. It is not easy or nice or fun but there are those times when standing still is all you can do and rejoice and sing and dance and not let life get you down. There is a greater picture in our lives and a few days are just a part of it. So stand still and watch God move!
